How to increase your psychic power in 5 easy steps

Let’s get straight down to it. The more self-care you actualise in your life, the more connected you are to the highest, wisest part of you and that happens to be your SOUL. Psychic means Soul and so it goes that self-care increases your psychic capacities. So, here’s how to give your fluency in Soul language a boost:

  1. In the morning, before you get out of bed, sit up, prop some pillows behind you, close your eyes, breath deeply a few times, and imagine a channel of golden light from the top of your head all the way down into Mother Earth. Do this for just five minutes and you’re good to go!*
  2. Limit your coffee intake to one a day.
  3. Eat less. Eat well. Eat consciously.
  4. Walk consciously. Notice nature calling you and express silent gratitude for that tree that is making that otherwise dirty urban street so pretty and cool.
  5. Don’t watch TV.

This list is so simple and so easy to integrate into your life. You can try it just for a week and see how it feels. It is amazing how strongly our Soul wants to be communicating with us. These tiny changes will work to increase your access to psychic ability. Psychic ability used in your own life will mean you are in the flow of your life rather than raging against it. You’ll KNOW what action to take when.

*Some people call this meditation but in order to avoid anyone melting down because they ‘just can’t meditate’ let’s not call it that. The positive impact will be just the same!
