Make friends with yourself in one easy practice
Take a deep breath, close your eyes and feel. Say hello to yourself. What do you find there? Just be. Sit with yourself. Just you. This is important. Don’t hide. Don’t distract just say hello and be. If any feelings arise acknowledge them, let them be and keep loving, fill yourself with love. Fill your love tank up until it is overflowing. See yourself being filled with love (you might like to imagine it as a colour that makes you feel good or as golden light). See the love filling every part of you until you are so full that it flows out of you in every direction. Stay here for as long as you like.
It’s a great way to start and finish your day. This love, this incredibly beautiful self-love can transform you and your world in truly amazing ways when you make this a daily practice. It will get to a point when it is no longer a practice but rather a permanent way of being. The love will become you. You will become love and you will come to life.
