Use the OM sound. This can be both internal and external but I recommend you spend at least some of the time making the OM note out loud. Inhale (stomach rises) and as you exhale (stomach falls) pushing out the breath, make the OM sound for as long as you comfortably can. Carry the breath to the very end of the note so that you do not stop short but linger the sound for as long as possible. This sound is like a bell sounding. It clears and clarifies and it is particularly good when you sense you need to cleanse energy around you.
