THIRD LEVEL 12 MONTH CERTIFICATION: FAQ’s


Payment

Full payment in advance attracts a $750 discount. Deposits received for the monthly payment option by December 30 2016 are also eligible for this discount. Payment plans are available with monthly payments over 12 months. Please email laura@adroitbusiness.com.au with any payment queries.

If a student decides to withdraw, after the commencement of the Third Level, their investment to that date is non-refundable. A deposit amount of 10% is non-refundable if a student cancels prior to commencement. If a student withdraws after 6 months they are liable for any and all remaining payments.

Missed workshops

If a student cannot attend a workshop they are scheduled to attend it is up to them to attend another available workshop. Workshops are available in Perth, Sydney, Gold Coast and Melbourne.

Live Training Days

There are 3 live training weekends. These do not have to be done in order. The 2017 venue locations will be confirmed in early 2017.

Online Calls

There are 6 online mentoring sessions. Each of these will be recorded and made available to students who cannot attend live.

Private Sessions

Each student receives 6 private sessions with Ricci-Jane. These can be done in person or online. Additional sessions can be booked if required at a discounted rate.

Case Study Clients

In order to be fully qualified the student needs to complete 6 case study clients. If the student does not complete these by the end of July 2018 then the qualification is not granted. If the student is undertaking the training for personal rather than professional development there is no requirement for the case study clients to be completed.
